All students (first-year to final-year) are required to meet your academic advisor (AA) by week 3 and week 10 of every semester. Kindly make an appointment with your AA to set up a meeting.
Starting from Semester 1, 2020/2021, after the first meeting with your AA, you are needed to fill in the AA Action Plan Form and upload to the link below. Students need to upload the filled AA Action Plan Form only once every semester (ie. after the first meeting of each semester)
