Congratulations and welcome to all new Bachelor of Electrical Engineering students of session 2024/2025 to the Department of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Malaya. All related guidelines and orientation information will be posted in this page.

Preparation for Department Orientation Session (2 OCT 2024)

  1. Join the official Microsoft (MS) Teams.
  2. Join the WhatsApp group posted in the MS Teams.
  3. Fill up the personal information survey.
  4. Watch the UM Electrical Engineering Course Registration Guide 2024 before orientation session on 2nd Oct 2024.

On the faculty/department orientation day (2 October 2024),

  • Arrive EARLY (before 8.00AM) at the department (DK8, Block Y, Faculty of Engineering)
  • Bring a fully-charged laptop for course registration.
